Dangerous Goods Case Study

When a military client needed to move two pallets to a location in India, we put our logistical expertise into getting them to their location ahead of time.

The client’s dedicated account manager utilised his military and government connections to source an aircraft which already had a special licence to move dangerous goods, while recognising that the dimensions of the aircraft were perfect for the volume of cargo.

He then used his network of connections to fast-track permits and exemptions to get the freight in the air within a comparatively short amount of time. In total, the aircraft had four stops and crew changes and the trip itself lasted 17.5 hours, but was still more cost- and time-efficient than the alternative.

We saved our client around €15,000, while making sure that their dangerous goods were securely delivered to their intended destination
